CERRA’S SHOP CREATES TERMS & CONDITIONS
DESIGN PURCHASES LIMITS / PROHIBITIONS / TERMS & CONDITIONS
YOU MAY:
  • Use the png files on completed items such as headbands, tumblers, tshirts, hats, etc
  • Change the color of a single color png file to another single color
  • Resize files to fit your finished product
  • Pair cerra’s shop files together to make tumbler wrap files for finished items only
  • Add a name to a tumbler wrap file for finished products only
YOU MAY NOT:
  • Add a pattern overlay to any png files
  • order custom screen prints through an unlicensed vendor
  • take my seamless files and incorporate it into another digital design to sell
  • Resell cerra’s shop files or part of cerra’s shop files
  • Post mockups or items without a proper watermark to protect the art of cerra’s shop creates
  • a proper watermark includes a do not copy covering at least 50% of the digital design at a minimum of 15% opacity  
  • Share png files with ANY ONE OR ANY OTHER BUSINESS
  • Post files in dumb dump groups
  • post our files to your facebook group without a watermark
  • Post unwatermaked photos on any platform or private messages
  • Order custom prints through an unlicensed vendor 
  • Share drive purchases with any other business owner
  • Sell printed transfers, stickers, vinyl, fabric, uv dtf, decals or waterslide etc without purchasing the licensing

 

CERRA’S SHOP CREATES MONTHLY DRIVE TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • All above terms & conditions apply to the monthly drive purchases as well
  • You may not use one drive for multiple businesses
  • Each Business entity must hold a license per business. If you have two businesses you must have a license for each one as applicable (this does not apply to finished products)
  • When you purchase a monthly drive, it is meant to be for one business only.
  • YOU MAY NOT SHARE OR DISTRIBUTE OUR DESIGNS IN DIGITAL FORM.
  • An employee or VA can not purchase a monthly drive on behalf of the business owner
  • A VA cannot use these files for their own business if purchased under the VA’s owner

YOU MAY: 
WITH A LICENSE ONLY 
  • Use the png files to sell stickers, print transfers, fabric, patches, vinyl, uv dtf, decals, blankets, stickers, etc
  • change the color of a single color image to another single solid color
  • Post your transfer items in Cerra’s shop creates fb group (owner only)
 *drives and design purchases are only applicable for the business that purchased them. These designs cannot be shared among businesses.
YOU MAY NOT:
  • Use the design in logo design, third party printing, print on demand or stand alone prints
  • Sell printed transfers of my designs without holding proper license by cerras shop creates
  • resell my clipart sets as your own. YOU MUST incorporate into your own designs.
  • resell my stamp sets as your own stamps. you must use them to incorporate in your own designs and cannot be resold AS IS.
  • buy designs / drives on behalf of your employer unless purchased with that business's email
  • edit, or change my files in any way other than stated above 
  • share or upload my files to any dumb dump groups
  • Post mock-ups without a watermark covering cerras shop designs 
  • Copy or create items which look very similar to any CerraShop designs
  • share my file to anyone
  • Sell any part of my files 
  • Alter my files & sell digital art using my files (in the exception of the elements I sell)
  • Use my files in your own digital designs 
  • Change or edit the files in any way unless otherwise discussed with Cerra’s Shop Creates.
  • Share this licensing with another businesS
ONE LICENSE IS VALID FOR ONE BUSINESS ONLY. IT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE / NON-APPLICABLE TO MULTIPLE BUSINESSES. 
 
Violation of these terms and conditions can and will result in action taken against you and your business. 
 
Commercial License is needed to sell Screen prints, Sublimation prints, DTF prints, Clear cast water slide decals, Patches, UV Dtf, Vinyl, blankets, Fabric stickers of any and all designs in this shop. 
This license is meant to be purchased in conjunction with files or images themselves. There is a no artwork that comes with this commercial license add on. It merely extends the usage rights of artwork purchased separately. 
Failing to purchase this license may also result in the revocation of all commercial rights to any previously purchased designs without a refund. 
If you are not following licensing, you may be removed and banned from using and purchasing all CerraShop files (including ones you've purchased beforehand). If proof of sales/licensing is requested, and you are unable to provide it, I have the right to revoke commercial rights and refuse service/sales to you. 
if you are selling through another business or an employee of a business that business must also hold all necessary licensing and purchase the designs under their business as well.
-Refunds/Exchanges/Returns 
Due to the nature of these digital products, I do not accept refunds or exchanges. I am human and am capable of mistakes! If you find any issues with your file, send me an email so I can help you!

 SHEIN, is not permitted to purchase our digital files, and use them for any retail / wholesale / manufacturing items.

You should always proof read your files to make sure their isn’t a typo. We are all human but it is your job to proof files before printing / pressing. 

 Cerra's Shop Creates reserves the right to remove all access to digital files, and digital drives if any of the terms and conditions are violated. You will NOT receive a refund.

Any vendor/customer who fails to comply with the terms and conditions of Cerra’s Shop will be subject to having any/and all purchased licensing being revoked, IP addresses blocked, and memberships to any of our social media groups revoked without notice or refund. It is up to the customer to be fully aware of our terms and conditions before making any purchases with Cerra’s Shop.

If you choose to send one of our PNG files to an overseas distributor you must purchase our licensing to do so. We understand our customers would love to have our designs professionally printed, but a license is necessary. EXAMPLE: sending on of our seamless files overseas to produce on blankets will be required to hold a license.
