All designs license for transfers one time purchase

CERRA’S SHOP CREATES LICENSING TERMS & CONDITIONS

THIS LISTING GIVES YOU THE RIGHT TO PRINT AND SELL TRANSFERS FOR ALL DESIGN PURCHASED.

A Commercial License is needed to sell screen prints, sublimation prints, DTF prints, waterslide decals, patches, UV DTF, vinyl, blankets, fabric, stickers, etc. of any and all designs in this shop.

YOU MAY:

WITH A LICENSE ONLY

• Use the png files to sell stickers, print transfers, fabric, patches, vinyl, UV DTF, decals, blankets, stickers, etc
• Change the color of a single-color png file to another single-color
• Post your transfer items in Cerra’s Shop Creates Facebook group (owner only)

*Drives and design purchases are only applicable for the business that purchased them. These designs cannot be shared among or between separate businesses, even if all businesses involved are owned by the same individual or are subsidies of a larger business entity owned by one individual or business.

YOU MAY NOT:

• Use the design in logo design, third-party printing, print-on-demand or stand alone prints
• Sell printed transfers of our designs without holding proper license by Cerra’s Shop Creates
• Resell our clipart sets as your own; YOU MUST incorporate into your own designs
• Resell our stamp sets as your own stamps; YOU MUST use them to incorporate in your own designs and cannot be resold AS IS
• Edit or change our files in any way other than stated above
• Share or upload our files to any dump groups on any social media platform
• Post mock-ups without a watermark as outlined above covering the Cerra’s Shop designs used
• Copy or create items which look very similar to any Cerra’s Shop designs
• Share or sell any part of our files with another individual or business
• Alter our files & sell digital art using the purchased files (with the exception of the elements sold by Cerra’s Shop)
• Use our files in your own digital designs to resell
• Change or edit the files in any way unless otherwise discussed in written communication with Cerra’s Shop
• Share this licensing with another business
• Wholesale transfers with my designs to other business owners than plan to resell them as transfers. (All businesses/individuals) who sell our transfers need a license. Destashing is OK.

ONE LICENSE IS VALID FOR ONE BUSINESS ONLY.
IT IS NON-TRANSFERABLE / NON-APPLICABLE TO MULTIPLE BUSINESSES.

Violation of these terms and conditions can and will result in legal action taken against you and your business.

This license is meant to be purchased in conjunction with files or images themselves. There is no artwork that comes with this commercial license add on. It merely extends the usage rights of artwork purchased separately.

Failing to purchase this license may also result in the revocation of all commercial rights to any previously purchased designs without a refund.

If you are not following licensing, you will be removed and banned from using and purchasing all Cerra’s Shop files (including ones you have previously purchased). If proof of sales/licensing is requested, and you are unable to provide it, Cerra’s Shop reserves the right to revoke commercial rights and refuse future service/sales to you.

If you are selling through another business or an employee of a business using our designs, that business must also hold all necessary licensing and will be required to purchase the designs under their business as well.

Refunds/Exchanges/Returns

Due to the nature of digital products, there will be no refunds or exchanges. I am human and am capable of mistakes! If you find any issues with your file, send me an email so I can help you!

SHEIN, employees of SHEIN, and individual sellers of SHEIN are not permitted to purchase our digital files for use for any retail or wholesale manufacturing of items.

You should always proofread your files to make sure there isn’t a typo. We are all human but it is your job to proof files before printing / pressing. If you feel there is an error on our part, please contact Cerra’s Shop by one of the means outlined above for assistance.

Cerra's Shop Creates reserves the right to remove all access to digital files and digital drives without notice if any of the Terms and Conditions are violated. You will NOT receive a refund.

Any vendor or customer who fails to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Cerra’s Shop will be subject to having any and all purchased licensing being revoked, IP addresses blocked, and memberships to any of our social media groups revoked without notice or refund. It is up to the customer to be fully aware of our Terms and Conditions before making any purchases with Cerra’s Shop.

If you choose to send one of our PNG files to an overseas distributor you must purchase our licensing to do so. We understand our customers would love to have our designs professionally printed, but a license is necessary. EXAMPLE: sending one of our seamless files overseas to produce on blankets will be required to hold a license.
